A. Access and Cooperation
The Client must provide our technicians with all necessary access (physical or remote) to systems, passwords, and documentation required to perform the services. Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
B. Data Backup Responsibility
Crucial: While we take every precaution during our work, it is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all data is fully backed up before any work commences. ARTURSITSUPPORT LTD shall not be held liable for any loss of data, files, or software during the provision of technical support.
3. Fees and Payment Policy
A. Billing and Invoices
All services are billed at the rates agreed upon at the time of booking. Invoices are issued upon completion of the work or on a recurring basis for ongoing support contracts.
B. Late Payments
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate and to suspend all ongoing services until the balance is cleared.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, ARTURSITSUPPORT LTD and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
5. Confidentiality
